About This

• HEAVY-DUTY GHD FOR POSTERIOR CHAIN TRAINING: Build strength through the glutes, hamstrings, lower back, and core with a glute ham developer designed for serious home gym training. This GHD machine supports glute ham raises, back extensions, hip extensions, GHD sit-ups, and targeted accessory work.
• 13 ADJUSTMENT POINTS FOR A BETTER FIT: The adjustable footplate system offers 13 height positions to accommodate a wide range of lifters and training styles. A smooth bearing system helps make adjustments quick, while the mounted footplate gives you a stable place to step on and off the machine.
• STURDY 16-GAUGE STEEL FRAME: Built with a mostly 16-gauge steel frame, this glute ham raise machine is made to feel solid during demanding strength training sessions. Thick padded foot rollers with durable vinyl covers and steel endcaps add comfort, support, and long-term durability.
• COMPACT, MOVABLE DESIGN FOR HOME GYMS: At 70” long, 36” wide, and 42” high to the top of the leg pads, this GHD bench delivers full posterior chain training without taking over your gym space. Rear transport wheels make it easier to move the 150 lb frame when reorganizing your garage gym or workout area.
• BUILT-IN BAND PEGS FOR ADDED RESISTANCE: Included band pegs let you add resistance work to your training for more progressive glute, hamstring, and core workouts. The 20” x 13” footplate provides a stable setup for controlled movement during hyperextensions, glute ham raises, and abdominal exercises.
